On 25-26 July, Rijkswaterstaat (Lead Partner, NL) hosted the Circular Shift project kick-off meeting in Utrecht.
Over two days, representatives from the 10 project partners set goals, defined their organisational values and ways of working, and discussed at length how to execute the 3 work packages that make up the project.
After a busy first day held at the Rijkswaterstaat head office, partners were joined by associated partners in the Noordertuin garden centre for a masterclass with Prof. Dr. Jacqueline Cramer about circular public procurement.
Over the next weeks and months, the partners will progress with project deliverables, communication, and stakeholder engagement as they drive forwards a circular shift.
